To use the Service, you must create an account and comply with the following:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain account security (password management)
• You are responsible for all account activity
• Users must be 14 years or older
• Account sharing is prohibited
• Report any unauthorized access immediately
• Business accounts must be registered under company name

3.1 Pricing Plans

Climfy offers various pricing plans for individual users and businesses. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. Climfy may change fees with advance notice.

3.2 Payment and Subscription

• Payment is processed through secure third-party services like Stripe • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled (monthly/annually) • Refund policy: 100% refund within 7 days of service start • No partial refunds are provided • Service may be suspended for payment failures • Enterprise customers can receive separate invoices

3.3 Free Trial

• Limited free trial may be offered to new users • Some features may be restricted during free trial • Free trial is offered once per user and cannot be duplicated

Regarding content and data you upload or create on the Service:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant Climfy a limited license to provide the Service
• You may not upload illegal or harmful content
• Climfy reserves the right to remove inappropriate content
• AI-generated reports are for reference; professional review recommended
• Enterprise customer data is strictly confidential
• Data backup is user responsibility
